At Hino Locs, our goal is to provide every client with a professional, timely, and elevated experience. To protect everyone’s time and maintain service standards, the following policies apply to all bookings.

Booking confirms agreement to these terms.

CARD ON FILE REQUIRED

A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments.

Your card will only be charged in the event of:
• Late cancellations
• No-shows
• Policy violations outlined below

ARRIVAL & TIMELINESS

Please arrive on time.

A 10-minute grace period is provided.
After 10 minutes, services may be shortened or rescheduled.
15+ minutes late may be considered a late cancellation and subject to a fee.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Changes made within 24 hours may result in a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

NO-SHOW POLICY

No-shows may result in a fee of up to 100% of the service.
Future bookings may require full prepayment.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Hino Locs reserves the right to refuse service for:
• Disrespectful behavior
• Repeated lateness or no-shows
• Intoxication
• Policy violations

We are committed to maintaining a respectful, professional environment.

GUEST POLICY

Clients must arrive alone unless approved in advance.
Children or guests are not permitted unless receiving service.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Clients with open wounds, lice, infections, or contagious conditions may be asked to reschedule.

PAYMENT

Payment is due at the completion of service.
Accepted: Card, Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay.

HAIR PREPARATION POLICY

Arrive with:
• Clean hair
• Minimal buildup
• Detangled hair (unless booked otherwise)

Additional prep time may result in added fees or rescheduling.

SERVICE SATISFACTION

All services are final.
If concerns arise, notify us within 48 hours for review.
